1. General Information
These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase of goods through the online store Object Store operated by:

By placing an order on our website, you (the “Buyer”) agree to these Terms and Conditions.
2. Ordering and Conclusion of Contract
1. Goods can be ordered online via our e-shop at www.objectstore.cz.
2. By submitting an order, the Buyer confirms that all information provided is accurate and that they have read and agreed to these Terms.
3. The purchase agreement becomes valid once the Seller confirms the order by email.
4. The Seller reserves the right to reject an order (for example, if goods are unavailable or the price was listed incorrectly).
3. Prices and Payment
1. All prices are listed in Euro (EUR) and include VAT.
2. The total price includes the purchase price of goods, delivery costs, and any packaging fees.
3. Payment methods:
– Online by credit/debit card (via GoPay).
– By bank transfer in advance.
4. The goods remain the property of the Seller until full payment is received.
4. Delivery
1. Goods are delivered within the European Union as shown during checkout.
2. Delivery options and costs are displayed before completing the order.
3. The Buyer must check the shipment upon delivery and immediately report any damage or missing items.
4. If the Buyer fails to collect a shipment without justification, the Seller may charge the related costs.
5. Returns and Withdrawal from the Contract
1. Consumers have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.
2. To exercise this right, contact us at info@objectstore.cz and return the goods in their original condition within 14 days.
3. Refunds (including the standard delivery cost) will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, using the same payment method.
4. The Buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
5. The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
– Custom-made or personalized goods.
– Goods that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons once unsealed (e.g., cosmetics, underwear).
6. Complaints and Warranty
1. All goods are covered by a 24-month warranty for manufacturing defects.
2. If the Buyer discovers a defect, they must inform the Seller without delay at info@objectstore.cz.
3. The Seller will handle the complaint in accordance with applicable Czech consumer law — usually within 30 days.
4. The warranty does not apply to wear and tear or damage caused by improper use.
7. Protection of Personal Data
1. The Seller processes personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Czech data protection laws.
2. Data is used only for processing orders, accounting, and communication with customers.

4. By placing an order, the Buyer acknowledges and agrees to this processing.
8. Final Provisions
1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by Czech law.
2. In the event of a dispute, the Buyer may contact the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (ČOI) for out-of-court settlement.
3. The Seller reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions. Updates take effect when published on the website.
4. If any provision of these Terms becomes invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
