Everything RUS creates is made in Europe, in family-owned factories in Portugal, Italy and Spain, allowing the brand to cultivate long-term relationships with suppliers, support local craftsmanship and maintain high quality standards. All RUS knitwear is created either by “wholegarment” technology, i.e. 3D seamless knitting, or by knitting precisely shaped pieces that are sewn together to form the finished garment. Compared to the conventional production of ready-made knitwear, which is created by cutting and stitching together rolls of knitted fabric, there is virtually no waste in these methods. The RUS brand uses only selected yarns made from alpaca, mohair, cashmere, merino wool, organic cotton, viscose and linen. Certified Italian spinning mills guarantee the origin of the materials and the welfare of the animals from which the yarn comes.
