Founder Lukas Görlitz on his brand equality. “The European elections in 2019 are a starting point for me for equality. fragrances. At the time, there was a lot of media coverage about the strength of the right-wing parties. I was frightened by the hatred and intolerance towards people’s origin, skin colour, race, culture, religion, gender and sexuality.
Fortunately, there is still more love than hate and more openness than intolerance in this world. But after what I experienced during the election, that is sometimes hard to believe. And even though many people know this or secretly hope for it, I wanted to find a simple way to remind and encourage them to live with love and not hate.
That’s when I got the idea for the perfume. Smell is one of the most powerful senses we have. It has the power to trigger memories and influence actions. It has the power to make us and everyone around us feel good. That’s what equality is all about.
Equality is not just a perfume, it’s a statement. Whoever wears it is part of a community that needs no words to understand what human values are all about. Open up, be without prejudice, be human, because: it’s up to you.”
