SOUL RING GOLD PLATED - EUPHORIA

In the Euphoria collection, designer and jeweler Maria Kobelová explores euphoria, highlighting its different types and emphasizing their rarity. Euphoria is part of each of us and takes many forms. Reaching a point of happiness! Happiness and a feeling of mental satisfaction, a sense of balance and intense, sudden release.

What is euphoria? What is its significance in our lives? What is its essence and what is the bond that attracts us to it? Through her collection, the author presents four perspectives on happiness, which she expresses and records in curves, volume, harmonious shapes, and the stones she uses. The aim of her work was to capture and express the feeling of euphoria and to try to approach this emotional state – magic.

The shape of the rings, necklaces, bracelets, and earrings made of silver and complemented by stones is defined in the collection by four types of euphoria.

Mária Kobelová designs and manufactures jewelry that transcends into free conceptual art. She is primarily influenced by life situations that have shaped her creatively. Curve – shape – attraction – moment – balance. She seeks unity for visual and aesthetic communication with the public. Her path led her through the metal and jewelry studio at FDULS in Pilsen (under the guidance of Prof. V.K. Novák and Doc. M.A. Petr Vogl) and then through the ceramics studio (under the guidance of Doc. MgA. Gabriel Vach).
