Founder Anona van der Linde believes that a handbag should naturally blend with the body, just like a comfortable piece of clothing. That’s why the designers at NONA create bags that are not only aesthetically understated but also pleasant for everyday, long-term wear. By maintaining a small, curated collection, the brand can truly focus on ethical production, avoiding overproduction and resource waste. The materials used, such as Spanish leather and French cotton canvas, are carefully selected to minimize the carbon footprint associated with transportation.

CARE

Natural Leather: Before first use, it is recommended to apply a protective spray. Waterproof and dirt-repellent sprays are available for different types of leather. For smooth leathers, clean the bag occasionally with a damp cotton cloth. If a stain appears, try removing it with a dry cotton cloth or tissue before wiping it with a damp cloth.

To keep the leather supple and prevent drying, apply a small amount of colorless leather wax or cream once every one to two months. Use circular motions with a cotton cloth to work the wax into the leather. Pay special attention to the bag’s corners, as these are delicate areas that frequently come into contact with surfaces when placed down.
