Image from a series of three varied motifs (Friends, Wet flow, Sage) by airbrush technique on woodless offset 200 g/m2 in the size 420x594 mm. The painting is neither a print nor a screen print. It is painted by hand with airbrush using a spray gun, acrylic and stencils. Each piece is original.

Pavel Holomek is a graphic designer and illustrator based in Brno. In contrast to the frequent digital processing of illustrations, in his physical production he mostly uses the airbrush technique or prints his motif on risoprint in limited series. The motifs are loosely inspired by drawings and image archive from his instagram profile “pajtopia”. His motifs often feature personified inanimate objects, naive creatures surrounded by shapes and masses of hard and soft forms that are also in emotional opposition.
