How to use the balls: We recommend wearing the balls 2-3 times a week for 2-3 hours. After a month of use at this intensity you can feel a noticeable firming of the vaginal muscles. You can use the Venus balls while walking, dancing, doing yoga, etc. With more intense movement you can achieve excitement and orgasm. Which is never a bad thing. But start with them at home, for example, when cleaning. Venus balls will help you become aware of your pelvic floor muscles.
